Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items (e.g., personal care products) may be non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a refund request.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact Us: Email support@everydaynexus.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible.
Digital Products: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
